Call Dave or Dana directly for a Mineral Lease of a working pegmatite mine. (714) 336-4467. A short notice should be given as to not conflict with their blasting time.
Leases can be arranged Monday through Sunday. For only $40.00 per person per day lease the mine dump and find the material we miss.
Hand tools only. Other restrictions might apply.
If time permits visit the underground workings for no added cost.

  • Going West Two miles past Warner Springs, Turn Right on Lost Valley Road.
  • Going East (toward Warner Springs), 1/4 mile past the Glider Port, Turn Left on Lost Valley Road
This is the same road that will take you to Indian Flats Campground
It's a one lane paved road. Go 2.8 miles and look for a small parking area with a green Porta-Pottey on your right. Park and Walk up, or drive up if you have a 4X4.
